Before Farrell’s I never took any pictures. The pictures I did have of myself I would crop or have my friends delete them. So unfortunately, there is about a two-year time span of my life that had no photographic documentation. I decided when I started this journey that I wanted to change. I wanted pictures of myself to have as reminders. I didn’t realize it at the time, but these pictures would soon become my drive and inspiration.

Farrell’s gave me the start that I needed to get moving. It’s the most fun at a gym I’ve had. Kickboxing makes you feel strong and there are modifications for every activity level. The positive atmosphere helps you accomplish what you are there for. Everyone is there for the same reason and I felt supported from day one.

I’m proud to say I crushed my goal of reversing my disease of Type 2 diabetes! My doctor cannot believe the changes with my health over the past year. He told me that I’m in the 1% of diabetics that completely reverse this disease.

The Farrell’s program cranked up my workouts, pushed me to get to my Level 10, and allowed me to earn the type of results I was looking for.
